Ordered a refrigerator which I received damaged in several spots. I could not reach an agreement with AJ Madison on an agreed upon discount for the damaged refrigerator, so I had to order another one from another company. It has been a week and a half and I still have their damaged refrigerator (now in my living room) no credit issued and they have not responded to emails.

"After some days they notified me they would not after all be able to supply the ordered item. So long as they do not charge my credit card anything, this is not so bad, just disappointing."
