This is a review to let you know that Apel Travel has a SCAM, their employee whose name is Theresa Jones has taken 10 people airline fare which was valued at $645.00 per person and used it for her own cause, she got all the flights confirmed by American Airlines and then she pulled them back which canceled their reservations, these people did not know their flights were cancelled until the night before their flights, she is a thief and is being sued along with the Travel Agency, this SCAM has to stop, many people were devastated when this occurred and we are still mad as hell because no one...

Apel is a very small (blink and you miss it) travel agency. There are only 3-4 people on staff on a regular day but they do try to help you ...
