I stayed here because I was attending my friends 50th Wedding Anniversary. There is no breakfast served here, just complimentary coffee and tea. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Theft by staff and no response from management

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in the middle of November. The hotel itself is nice, well located, a block from the subway, and the room was very nice. Our stay, however, was somewhat ruined by a member of staff at the hotel's restaurant. This member of staff added $22 to our food bill after we had left and paid. This discrepancy only came to light when we reconciled our work credit card...

Very mediocre

Stayed there 12/28 to 12/30. Booked two rooms.The place was crowded, I can understand how busy it can be at times. However, that can't be used Everytime as an excuse. Checked in at 4:00 , rooms were not ready. Check in was 3pm. Had to insist a little more and they got the rooms. I had booked two rooms. Comfortable, convenient, and modern

Location was convenient to all we were doing in Brooklyn, and a short walk from the subway into Manhattan. Rooms were attractive, well-designed and spotlessly clean. They weren't large, but more than adequate for a short stay. Beds were excellent. Lobby was attractive.

Very comfortable room with all ameneties needed.

We got a room with two double beds because I wasn't sure whether my children would be accompanying us. I would have preferred an accessible room so there would have been more room to maneuver our wheelchair, but I'm pretty sure there was not accessible room with two beds, so I opted out of accessibility.
