DO NOT move in here. No matter what you do, choose somewhere else. Lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out of there. We were in the apartment no longer than 2 months before everything we owned was infested with cock roaches. For the next 10months we dealt with cock roaches. Saw a minimum of 5 a day and had the exterminator come every week to no prevail. It was an absolute disaster,...

Dirty, bug ridden, and unsafe. The staff will smile before you sign lease, but they are grossly incompetent, crooked, and conniving. Do not live here.

I signed a year lease and that was MORE THAN ENOUGH. I wish I could have gotten out sooner.

What a dump, the neighbors are all filthy animals and the management can -------, bug infested, with little kids screaming everywhere, drug dealers up allnight smoking crack, thought I was getting a good deal but couldn't wait until my lease was up so I could feel safe again, these slum lords should roast marshmellows over the burning embers of this rotting stink hole! get a good life insurance...

I have lived here for many many years and its not a bad place to live my apartment is huge rent is decent and any things that need to be fixed it get fixes right away and sure things are not perfect but life is not perfect so i have nothing bad to say about green tree village apartments
