I purchased a commercial steel door from this company and had them cut a deadbolt hole and strike plate hole in the door jamb. The strike plate hole was not aligned properly and I did not realize their mistake until I had my builder install the door. I contacted Gamalski Building and discussed their mistake, and they agreed to have their installation manager call me to set an appointment for their technician to come to my home and replace the defective jamb.
