This Sears store has been an anchor of Oakland Mall since the beginning. It is a good store. There is always a good selection of any item you may be looking for. The deals on childrens' clothes is endless. I am impressed with the staff as well. They are friendly and efficient. Always a good store.
The staff at this Sears has been very helpful in assisting me finding the right items for me. One of the items was missing parts after I purchased but they replaced it for me quickly and without any problems.
Sears is great for the home mechanic. I generally buy higher quality tools these days for work, but a lot of the tools I have at home are craftsman. I still buy some sockets from Sears, and the staff is more than willing to help me out. But they always seem to be there when I don't need them, and not there when I do.
