I stopped in for an AC check/recharge on my truck. The price was fair $19.99. I then waited an hour and a half... another customer arrives after me and leaves before me with an oil change....

5:45 on a Saturday night and we had a nail in our tire. Fortunately, Firestone was still open. Brought the car in and they were working on it within minutes. Took about 30 minutes to fix it...
