Went for inspection and was failed due to windshield wipers and exhaust hanger.. Wow.

My wifes car starting acting up on the Concord Parkway so she pulled into the first place she saw. I'm glad she did. This Meineke is under new ownership, and Luis and his crew jumped right on it and diagnosed "several" problems, all of which they fully explained to us right there in the shop. They are very professional and very customer orientated, and we were extremely satisfied with the service. As it stands right now, we are definitely going back when we have problems. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did.
