The worst place!

This place is the worst place that I have ever ever seen!!! Dirty, filthy and unsafe. Horrible management, horrible maintenance. Cars were stolen, a man was murdered and my apartement was broken into. They are cheap for a reason. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
