A gem in Aurora!

We love this complex. Yeah like every complex there are a few wacky tenants but overall, the upkeep is amazing. The owner is hands on and is always available. Maintenance is fast and thorough! The apartments are big. We currently live in a 4bedroom townhouse. We love it. Nice patios. Gas grill friendly. Pet friendly. There is a pet deposit and pet rent, but the pets are all pretty well behaved for animals. Haha.

If you are looking for a nice residence come here. Even though it is close to the school you are never bothered by the students, they are all too quiet walking by...
