I think the Exposition Park rose Garden is a fantastic place because it's so lovely. Yes, not all the roses are beautiful, but it's so nice to be able to just go and enjoy yourself. For example, eat your lunch under one of the gazebos or something. It's really pretty and I especially enjoyed trying to match the roses there with ones in my front yard! I recommend it if you ever have a spare day...
