I have a home warranty and was assigned to Drains R US by my warranty company. This is the worse company I have ever done business with. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Kevin the owner came into my home to repair leaking pipes. He removed the cooper pipes I paid extra to have installed and replaced them with plastic, and left the metal pipe which is currently still leaking . Once I noticed this I called and spoke with Virginia (wife/secretary) at Drains R US and she was very rude and unprofessional and would not even let me speak. She told me I accused them of stealing and they...
