The worst rental car experience I have ever had. Bar none. Hands down. No cars available when we came in at 10 am with our guaranteed reservation on Saturday morning, with no apology - and worse - no vision/insight as to when a car MIGHT be available. Stood in a tiny office for 3 hours, and …

Simply the worst. Despite my confirmed reservation, there were no cars available for me or the 8 others ahead of me in line. And no apology or explanation either. Simply a nasty suggestion to wait until car returns came in. No thank you. Rented from hertz instead. More expensive but at least they honored my reservation.
