Horrible. 1/3 the buses of other car rental agencies so we sat 30 minutes waiting. Car was filthy. Return confusing and traffic blocked entrance. Madhouse of cars entering and leaving causes traffic jam inside Hertz. Attendant ignored us once we were parked so we finally just walked away. Enterprise far better at LaGuardia.
