Currently this is the only option in town if you need dental work done, when using Medicaid to pay for it. My spouse got her dentures September of 2014, and has not been able to wear them. This clinic is very busy, very disorganized, and careless. On June 1, 2015 I had to sit three hours in the waiting room for a 2 minute quick Prior Authorization exam because the receptionist erased my name off the sign-in dry erase board without properly bringing up my records so that I could be seen. They promised to send in my X-Rays in order to get Prior Authorization, but as no letter or call was received timely, we called to ask them for an update, and we found out that no such X-Rays have been sent in nor was a request for Prior Authorization sent. Brandi promised on 6/15/2015 to get it done, but it's difficult to have faith. (Edited June 22, 2015)
