A terrible Hotel

This is my third stay at a Crown Plaza Hotel and will be my last. This was the worse of the bunch. They do not have refrigerators in the rooms! I stayed there a month only because they allow smoking rooms. They do not have a mini-bar nor do they provide any bottled water. The tap water was awful. Smelled...

Going downhill

Nicely renovated rooms but guest service is really headed downhill fast. Booked a club level room and the morning service in the lounge has really been scaled back from average to horrible. Very bare bones for what you pay to be on the club level.
Attendant said they stopped having eggs, oatmeal and such and now give you $5 off...

very good location near the outlet stores, very nice rooms. The casino is not the type of casino that everyones expect to see. could have a better range of place to eat in the hotel itself. very good location if you need to go shopping at the outlet stores near by only 2 min drive from the hotel

I love this hotel the rooms are always very clean. If you like to gamble this is a great place for you to stay. This hotel has the outlets just a block away. Commerce casino is just down stairs. The staff is great. They have late checkouts, up to 2 pm sometimes.
