Concord Cleaners do not know how to properly clean expensive comforters.When I picked up my comforter, it was damp, flat, and torn.
When the comforter was destroyed, they ripped out the tag and claim it was not in tact before hand which is a lie. The comforter was only 7 months old.
They did not want to take ownership for their mistake.
We had to threaten to take them to small claims court...
