Hello! I used to be a very satisfied and happy customer of color arts until a couple of weeks ago. I used to like going to Jade because she gave me a great cut and color. However, during my last visit, while waiting for my color to settle, I was talking on my phone and some of the dye spilled onto my fingers. I just had a gel manicure done and my nails ended up with the color stain on them. To make matters worse, it would not come off and I had a party to go to the next day.
