Terrible Coustomer Service- By Manager of 33rd Street

I would not recommend using this car rental agency. You are much better off going with a large reputable named company. It's worth the extra money.

The customer service was just terrrible, and worse, it was at the direction of the manager himself. My boyfriend and I spent over $700 in renting an exotic car . We got stuck in traffic on the way to return the car and explained that to the staff. No one told me at any point that we would be charged for those extra hours that were beyond our control. It turned out that we were a little over 2 hours late. The manager said they have a 1 hour...
