Went to the location on 48 street such terrible service. Their was limited options of food. The maintenance man was beyond rude. Raised his voice to customers and began complaining about dirty bathroom. I will never step foot in this store. If I could give zero stars I would.
Give yourself a chance away from Starbucks, and try this out. Pretty spacious too. And a secret - this is the perfect hideout if you wanna watch the NYC balldrop, but wanna stay away from the cold smile emoticon

The coffee was greater than Starbucks, for sure. If our server had not been so pouty and whining about his bad day, I would have rated it a 5. In fact he had to be told to take our order.
