Blindsgalore was a pleasure to work with. For me, buying blinds is a large investment and I need to make sure my investment is worth while. Blindsgalore has a very easy-to-use website with on-call staff members who were willing to help me through any concern I had along the way. Ordered a valance from this company in April. Never received them, though they were sure to take my money quickly. After months of not being able to get ahold of them, I find out that they filed for bankruptcy, have reorganized and reopened for business. I ordered shutters from blinds galore months ago and I chose them because I had great success when I ordered cellular shades from them over a year ago. I received one of the set of shutters I ordered and was told that they made a mistake and didnt order the second set of shutters...I was told it would be 6 weeks and its been over two months and I cant reach anyone in the company... $300.00...
