The apartment has a great location. Its price is too expensive for an outdated apartment. The apartment has roaches coming out of the vent. Water bill is way to high for an apartment complex. The surrounding has rats running around. Some of the staff are not very helpful. When its time to move out goodluck getting a refund on your security deposit because they will find a way to charge you....
