They will continue to get my business because of their customer service. Rented a brush mower for the day, got a flat within 2hrs. Exchanged it for another which was underpowered and slow to operate. As a result, I only finished 50% of my job. I asked for a 50% discount and with no argument, disagreement, they simply charged back my card. That's how it's supposed to be done.

I live over 30 miles from their shop but when the power rake I had rented failed, one of their mechanics drove up with a replacement. Wow!
