Worst customer service experience EVER! I work in Charlotte but live in mooresville and there was a random magnet on my door from them. I called 2 days later to inquire about either fixing my dryer selling it to them or buying a brand new one from them. Will NEVER use them again. $175 labor for 45mins shoddy work. Hose not connected properly causing water leak. Screws not put back into washer properly (per the 2nd tech that came out). $252 for a part that costs anywhere from $65-$90. Spoke with Peter. BEWARE - DO NOT USE ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR. We used this company to repair our ice maker. What a rip off!!! They will only give you the repair price once they have your appliance taken apart. They replaced our leaking water valve yesterday. The guy told me the part alone would be $200 plus $188 in labor.
