Staff was nice & hospitable/accomodating. My party & i checkd in around midnite so they allowed us xtraTime b4 checkn out when i askd. it was REALLY NICE that redRoof had waffle iron for fresh hot waffles for breakfast!\n\nThe (entry/exit) exterior door nearest my room was faulty/unsecured overnite.

The staff\n\nIt smelled so we had to get candles to kill the smell, the rube wasn't clean and the toilet was stopped up

Nothing\n\nWe walked in and the hotel smelled. They could not initially find our reservation. We got to our room and it was filthy. Another family came to our door and claimed they were given a key for the same room. Roaches, blood in the lobby...disgusting.
