Every time we stay here, Gabriel remembers us and is very helpful. The hotel is always clean and the breakfasts are good. I love that they have a parking garage for the guests as well. Not all windows had the blackout curtains though, and that was one thing that bothered us.

Jacksonville Beach

Just one mile away from the beach, and close to shops (Publix) and restaurants.
Very good breakfast, nice and kind staff. Nice pool and Gym. Free parking available for guests.
I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Location

This HIE was on par with others i've stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, the internet was consistent, and the location of this property is great being about a half mile from the beach. You won't be disappointed.

Great hotel and helpful staff

I stayed at this hotel for a residency interview and found the amenities to be great. Most impressive was the assistance offered by the front desk employee, Princess, who went above and beyond to correct a booking issue that I discovered upon arriving to the hotel. She promised to help correct the issue and did so in a rapid fashion....

great place to stay

Large rooms and big bathroom with separate tub and shower. Comfortable queen size beds with 3 sizes of pillows. Soft, medium and firm ! Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Have stayed there before and enjoyed it.. The only thing negative is that the pool and hot tyb are outside ! Kind of cool in December !!!!
