There is no congress lounge.

The Congress lounge is gone, but I've heard a rumor that someone has plans to clean it up and make it as cool as it was in its glory days. This is good news for those of us who live in the neighborhood. The old congress and the red room on the same block!!! Cool. Now if someone would just move into the old Walnut cafe space.
