Rare find beers, great selection of beer

I came by here a couple weeks ago after hearing about their great craft beer selection. I wasn't disappointed either. They were having specials on barleywines (my favorite style), so I was in Heaven. The selection was great and the prices were fair. The bartender was very personable and wasn't afraid to give out small samples either.

This place is a go to for Colorado tap selection. The wait for a beer can take time. But besides that this place is a great place to stop for a beer.

So many choices, so little time to try them all in one night! I've got to keep going back!

The Falling Rock Tap House is a bar with a wide variety of beer on tap, serving great food like, burgers, tacos, sandwiches and more just a short distance away from Coor's Field in downtown Denver. It features bar seating, booth, couches, tables and a large outdoor patio. In the lower level there is darts and pool tables. On the Menu: The very hungry and truly brave should try the Elvis Presley Memorial combo--a half-pound of beef topped with bacon, American and Swiss cheese, a 1/3 pound of pastrami, onions, guacamole and mayo, served with onion rings and fries.

When to Go: Falling Rock is the traditional gathering place for late-night partying during the Great American Beer Festival.
