They did not show up for blind repairs

Ziegler's repaired broken strings on our Bali diamond cell blinds several months ago. It took three promised appointments for them to finally show up, but they finally did, and the work was decent. One of the strings broke again. I called, they promised to arrive between 10 and 11 a.m. the following morning. No one showed, I called at 11:30, received an apology and was promised a pick-up the same time the next morning. We called that morning at 9:00 a.m. to make sure someone was coming, we were assured they were, and again, no one showed. I called a third time to complain about the no-shows, I was assured I'd be called back promptly later that day with a new pickup date. No one called. My feeling is, unless you want new blinds installed, do not count on Ziegler's for small jobs. I normally would write a company off after the first spate of no-shows, but there are very few blind repair services in our area.

Excellent, dependable and professional service

The only place to go for all your window treatment needs. They were on time, neat, reasonable and a pleasure to work with. I had a hard time deciding because everything looked so good. Luckily they were able to give me a lot of helpful information to make the best choice for my needs. I highly recommend Ziegler and Sons.

Great place to have your window treatments cleaned and restored (restrung, new cords, etc). A little hard to find the place, it's behind another business but well worth it. My custom blinds are all like new now!

Don't go anywhere else - just go to them - really nice people, great prices, quality work - from beginning to end, from shopping to installation - a very pleasant experience. They did our whole house - we are very happy.

Had a great experience with Ziegler & Sons Inc.
Just got a new home and needed all new blinds for our whole house. Of course i dont know a thing about all the different window treatments out there. I called, made an appt. and they were at my house the next day with all different sample books! It was great because the books not only have the different types of blinds in it but also colors!
