The project turned out very well and my entire family was very happy with the end results. Mr. Stern wrote the funding recommendation for the bank and getting funding was very easy. Then he recommended a contractor and they turned out to be very good as well.

The engineer answered all my questions and gave me good advice. He set my mind at ease that my house is in good condition for its age and does not need any structural remidiation. He made some additional suggestions that I found helpful.
