I payed 150 dollars to World Education Services..www.wes.org to get my degree ivaluated as I had my degree from India. I sent all required documents  for Ivaluation as I am planning to write New York state civil service exam and this stupid ageny is one which the new York state has reccomemded. But even after my college sent documents the wes would not accept my documents finding some fault. I...

It's been over 5 months , that i've send all my transcript and documents , they still not able to do my job. Unwilling to help, customer service not exist at all. WES is horrible company I wish I never applied there for my service, after hundred calls and email and talk with my credit card company, never got my service . And there is 50$ cancellation fee if you can find them after 100 calls...

I applied for Evalution of my certificates. But after four days WES send me an email that they need certificates direct from institution in sealed envelope . I called and also send 4 emails stated that please don't evaluate because I don't have anybody there so please refund my money ( $ 212.00 ). My WES ref #2513839 dated : 012014. After following couple of times with phone calls and emails ....

I have send my original documents to wes but they have not accepted that they told me they are the photocopies. so they asked the original documents to be sent from my country of education. I have done so and my university sent the original transcripts with the stamps and signature of the dean and the staff of the university in a sealed package but again they say that it is not original and it...

Agree! WES is awful but what can be done?

So many people's credentials (literate, intelligent, hard working people) are in the hands of companies like this who evaluate "credentials" for large bureaucracies --there's the problem...Is there anyone who has found a better agency?  What can be done?-------------------------World Education Services is one of many credential evaluators.They do not respond to customers in a timely manner....
