Best place when looking for a hotel in Lower Manhattan

The hotel reception was amazing. We stayed for 6 nights in New York and got a free upgrade to a much larger room with the best view on the 18th floor looking down on the twin tower memorial.
The hotel has a nice restaurant on the 19th floor. Good menu, nice wines and appetizers.

Great hotel! Key location and great value. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was great. Easy access to my office for business travel too. Definitely will stay here again next time I'm in NYC.
