Unprofessional and a waste of time

The help is good but the owners are awful. Ordered a stove and it took them a week to prepare the invoice. We all agreed I would pay in full when I picked it up... was going to take more than 2 weeks before I got the stove and I had read the reviews of customers who didn't get their items for months. Everything was fine until I got a call from the owner telling me he had ordered the stove and wouldn't until I paid him..... These people are as unprofessional as they come...they wasted a lot of my time so they can keep their stove, their store and their poor service! I will never do business with them!
