I have never had so many problems,lies,dishonesty,I placed a %13000 plus ring on consignment 5 months ago.No contact from Karl.He changed the ring and sold it without my consent.HE refuses any type of payment. or assurences very difficut in person,evasive on the phone.I have too hire a lawyer, file complains with BBB ,consumer action, small claim ,turko files, the reader faud line all because I like to do business with small companys.This is a nightmare!!! Great store! This little shop in downtown La Jolla has been there forever. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great prices on custom jewelry and repair services. He even cleaned my jewelry for free! I highly recommend this place!

I went on my lunch break last week to have the clasp on my tennis bracelet tightened. He fixed it for me in about one minute and was so kind not to charge me for it! He said a smile is good enough. I will be returning for any repairs needed in the future! Thank you!
