we started a re-finance with Weststar Mortgage....sent in all of the required paper work over a period of 6 weeks...we had an appraisal done costing out of pocket $400.00 ....appraisal came back...

Got the refinance deal done with Evan. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner and the whole transaction went extremely smoothly from start to finish, which surprised me in today's highly regulated climate.I was very happy with the pricing having compared to my current mortgage holders refinance pricing( a Credit Union). I have recommended Evan to others.
