They made three trips to my home to determine what kind of pest was living in my carpet. Never did take care of the problem. another company knew immediately and got rid of them. These people are a joke. None of the supervisors have voice mail to leave complaints, a refund is expected to take 12 weeks! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE INDUSTRY IS THAT??? DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Unreliable. They send many different techs, not familiar with your account. Do not follow up as promised. Stick with a local company, one who will remember your name. They don't "HOP TO IT," until you want to cancel. They only do that so they don't have to give you your money back...

They sent a tech that did not know anything about the termites in my garage, go with another company.
