They really have an attitude problem in the Magnolia home audio section of this store and were incredibly rude to me whist trying to shop there. Bought a computer and paid for same-day delivery. Not only did I waste my time waiting for nothing (no delivery, no phone call to explain), but no one picked up the phone at the store. I called the general customer service number, and they confirmed that the store was not answering the phone. Now I have to go down there again to get my money back so I can shop somewhere else.

They were great! I ordered an item online to be picked up at this location. Within minutes of placing the order, I received an email that the store had already set it aside for me, and I could come pick it up at my earliest convenience. Jenny, who helped me out, was friendly and efficient. I spent under 5 minutes in the store, impressive on any day but particularly during the holidays.
