I dont know what's going on at this bank have been using them for years last few weeks esp today worst customer service ever very rude, not the way I liked to be talked too as a customer

Went to use the ATM on Saturday and it was empty of cash. On a payday weekend...WTF?!? We managed to find a BOA nearby and used our other account. Now you know why we have more than one back WF.
