"The Fairfax," is a great building on the Upper East Side, with a 24 hour doorman, laundry room in the building and dry cleaning service provided to the apartments. The roof deck is a great place to relax with friends or family after a long day.

I have lived there for 6 years in two different apartments. 9 foot ceiling, ample closet space, clean floors, new kitchens and appliances. Nick the super is amazing and will always listen to your concerns and remedy them in a timely fashion. Antonyo, the door man is always there for a short joke or for help but always with a smile. great staff, great people, great building. I would recommend...
