Poor customer service.

I called in to order a salad, chips, and drink. The person on the phone hung up the call without telling me the total price. I call back asking for a total and he mentioned that he'd call me back. I get a call a few minutes later from the delivery boy. What if i did not have enough and wanted to change my order. Customer service needs to be reviewed, and the prices are little pricy for the food.

Rip off Deli should be the name!

So we go in to have what we believe will be an awesome NY deli sandwich. I order #5, friend #9. They added $1 per sandwich for hero bread. They wanted extra for tomato or lettuce or even mayonaisse? Are they crazy? The roll was stale and cold like it had been in the fridge, 2 slices of meat, cold hard brie cheese. Gave it to the birds. What a joke. Don't waste your money.
