Good experience with an associate named Dustin in electronics on 10/5/2015. He was really nice and helped me make a decison on a tv. Even let me use his phone to call the Wal-Mart credit card company when I didn't have signal on mine. Excellent customer service.

As far as Wal-Marts go, I feel this is the best one in Lexington. I always seem to find more items here. They tend to carry a larger selection of items. I searched all over town looking for My little pony invitations. PartyCity was out but carried them online. WM on new circle had nothing . They seem to carry a better selection of toys as well.

Customer service is a joke at best. Most of the employees have been there forever and obviously have no plans or dreams of doing better in life. So basically too many sad bitter people in one place... and the attitude is evident when interacting. It's an average SuperCenter and they have a good selection but keep your head low... get in, get out, and don't expect to be WOWED.

The store was nice but the workers are rude and lazy. I asked 3 employees for help on locating an item they all three sent me to different places. And they were all wrong. One lady told me they didn't have something just so she didn't have to bother helping me and I ended up finding it minutes later. This Walmart …
