I am being generous with one star...these days service is what differentiates a company because there are many stores where you can find beautiful and unique tile in New York City. Walker Zanger fails completely when it comes to customer service. Beginning with a placed order that they could not deliver, to completely misrepresented quality of counter top material that they refused to address. They do not return calls to contractors, architects, or customers, unless of course it is to take your credit card information!!!
Be warned, you will be disappointed if you shop here.
