I never even got in the door to this salon. My stylist transferred to this salon, so when I called to make an appointment with her for the first time here Jeff answered the phone. He put me on hold for 9+ minutes while he failed to figure out a gift certificate transaction and handled complaints. He proceeded to leave me on hold for another 2 minutes while he just typed and did who know what. When he picked the phone up, he hung up on me. I called back and asked if there was a manager--turns out it's him. After I told him he'd left me on hold for a long tim and then hung up on me, he...

I went to this place simply because LeeAnn did a good job cutting my hair. Scheduling an appointment with Jeff was always frustrating simply because he is incompetent and unhelpful. I had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes every time I came in for a cut. Nobody ever informed me that LeeAnn was running late or apologized. Jeff would be better suited as a host at Cracker Barrel's than scheduling appointments at a pretentious hair salon in Lexington. Unless you are an affluent aging vain housewife who doesn't mind waiting - go somewhere else.
