Worst possible establishment ever! Beware. The owner is a low class lady and they don't know how to operate. They ruined about $400 worth of my clothing, and when I complained, they threatened me....

Dry cleaners are nightmares and this one is one of them. I brought several items to dry clean. Among all of them, two of my husband's shirts (one dress shirt and one linen shirt ""Cubavera"") were shrunken. I was amazed about this because it was not the first time that they were washed (at other cleaners though). I went once to complain about this but the lady there told me ""I can't do anything about it, you have to talk to the manager"". She was very blunt and lacked customer service. The manager is there only in the morning starting 7:30 according to her. I had to go again another...

This place is great. They do a wonderful job and the people that work there couldn't be friendlier. I'm really happy with the service they provide me. Vizcaya has been there for many years. That is a testament to the work they do. Keep up the good work Vizcaya!

Great service at a good price. The place is run by the owner and she couldn't be nicer. Best dry cleaners in Plantation that I've ever gone to.
