Fundraiser for Gina DePalma; Poiarkoff Brothers Dinner

After cycling through a couple of wrong chefs, VHH is back on top. Lots of great cast iron cooking. Hard if you're watching your calories, but the salads are outstanding too and perfectly dressed

Vinegar Hill House is a relaxed restaurant in a rustic and historical part of the Brooklyn waterfront. Chef Mike Poiarkoff uses sustainably farmed ingredients as well as whole animal fabrication and a wood-fired oven to compose artful and satisfying eats.
