The people who work here are so rude! I understand times are busy but I myself work with customer service and know not to talk to customers the way they do. Beside the fact that there is a wait of over 2 hours they are completely unorganized and I cant stress enough how rude they are. They handle tax services and they lost my information, my ssn my address, my entire "packet" I cant even...
