The company I work for used Vanguard Cleaning Systems when I started working here, about 5 years ago. Through the years I took over the task of handling the cleaning company. About 3 years ago the cleaning became absolutely nonexistent - except they did empty the trash cans. We had a service setup for 2 days a week at $380 a month, and our contact was Joanne Contreras.
