DB Bistro Alums to Open in Former Governor Space

A new restaurant called Atrium is coming to the DUMBO space that formerly housed Governor, reports FloFab in her Off The Menu column. The project is a collaboration between three alums of Daniel Boulud's Theater District restaurant DB Bistro Moderne: chef Laurent Kalkotour, beverage director Alexander LaPratt, and manager Leslie Affre.
