I would never go back to Vac Shack again. I brought my vacuum cleaner there to get fixed, because it just stopped working. I was told they were the only authorized repairer for a miele vacuum. It took them 2 weeks to call me to let me know what the problem was, when they told me they would call me in a week. And when they did call the owner told me that I needed a new motor and it would cost me $400.00. But this is just a quote he will have to call miele to find out how much it will cost. I said ok, this took another 2 weeks to get a call back with a quote. When I kept calling to ask...

My family tends to go through vaccuum cleaners rather quickly. We have never found any that last a long time until we tried Vac Shack. We were able to find a vaccuum at a good price that has lasted us a long time.

Won't honor warranty, you will pay for service not rendered

Be careful. They will charge you for doing absolutely no work on your machine. Make sure you tell them to call you with whatever is wrong before working on your machine, and ask to see the work afterwards (parts, etc.). They will do anything to avoid warranty work. Nothing will fall under warranty coverage by the time they are done. Shady place.
