If you want to have a long wait be sure come to this bank!!! I came in here today and waited 1 hour for my transaction. That too sure how f ing complicated it is to work at a bank yet these people...

So this appointment will US Bank they decrease My credit limit without notifying me I will not recommend this bank to any friends or family members their customer service it's horrible to

I've been to other banks and even when closing I have had the employees let me in to deposit money in my account if I forgot my atm. I have never had a problem as long as there was others customer...

Sundea was very knowledgeable, professional and did her best to help me and even solve my issue with check. I didn't stand more than 2 mins before getting help. Great customer service!
